1. Shipping & Logistics Framework

All orders are packed utilizing standardized structural wrap to support unit protection during transit.

Fulfillment Timelines & Order Cutoff

* Order Processing Window: Eligible standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and United States federal holidays). 
* Daily Order Cutoff Time: Our daily order processing queue closes strictly at 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders validated after this cutoff threshold will transition systematically into the subsequent business day’s processing lifecycle.
* Tracking Issuance: Once your package transitions to our designated domestic carrier networks, a tracked shipping confirmation link is systematically issued via your registered email channel.

Geographical Boundaries & Delivery Restrictions

We maintain a strict geographical focus to support fulfillment tracking integrity. Shipping services are exclusive to valid physical delivery addresses located within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not coordinate, support, or authorize delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international jurisdictions at this time. 

Final Delivery Validation Notice:

Pursuant to domestic merchant compliance frameworks, final transactional delivery validation remains anchored exclusively to official carrier data logs provided by our designated domestic logistics networks. Carrier-logged delivery validation constitutes contractual fulfillment of our service obligations.

2. 30-Day Return & Refund Protocols

We focus on maintaining standardized product specifications and reliable material utility across our hardware essentials. If your purchase does not align with your operational expectations, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return window starting from the documented date of carrier package delivery.

Return Validation Criteria

To be eligible for an authorized return, items must remain in their unutilized condition, maintaining original product packaging structures and product identifiers. To initiate a standard claim, consumers must request a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking token through our Compliance Desk. We do not accept unauthorized return freight sent directly to our administrative correspondence office.

Restocking Fees

To support an open consumer communication framework, we enforce a zero ($0.00) restocking fee protocol on all authorized returned items that satisfy our structural validation criteria.

Financial Timelines & Refund Processing

Approved refunds are executed systematically under standard financial processing timelines. Approved refund balances will be issued to the original method of payment within a standard processing window of 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account statements. We do not authorize alternative refund routing destinations to manage and mitigate financial processing risks.
